Yummy Hummus

 

Serves 4-6 as an appetizer.

 

Ingredients:

1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

3 cloves garlic

1/4 cup tahini (sesame-seed paste)

Juice of one lemon

3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until smooth. (Add additional olive oil if not smooth enough.)

Serve immediately, or cover and chill.

Serve with bread slices, pita bread triangles, or raw veggies.
