Grilled Turkey & Cheese Sandwich
Serves 1 (multiply for more!).
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
4 slices smoked turkey meat (from the deli)
2 slices Havarti cheese
2 slices red apple, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Heat small skilled over medium heat. Melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add one slice of bread and toast until nicely browned. Remove from skillet.
Add another tablespoon butter to the skillett. Add second slice of bread and toast until brown.
Place slices of turkey on one side of bread. Add apple slices. Add cheese slices. Microwave sandwich until cheese melts.
Serve immediately - warm!
