Whole Wheat Spinach & Turkey Wrap
Serves 1 (multiply for more!).
Ingredients:
1 whole-wheat reduced-fat tortilla
3 slices roasted turkey (from the deli)
1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise or mustard
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
3 tomato slices
Banana peppers, jalapenos, or pickles
Instructions:
Lay tortilla flat. Spread mayo (or mustard) down the center. Place turkey on top of mayo. Add spinach leaves on top of turkey, and tomato slices on top of spinach. Finish with peppers or pickles. Roll up and serve!
