New-York Style Bruschetta

 

Makes 25 bruschetta.

 

Ingredients:

1 baguette, sliced into bite-sized rounds

8 ounces softened cream cheese (room temperature)

10 ounces (approx.) thinly-sliced smoked salmon

10 cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

1 jar of capers (optional)

 

Instructions:

Spread teaspoon of softened cream cheese onto baguette slice. Top with square of smoked salmon, and then with slice of cherry tomato. Add capers if desired.
