Miss Breakfast

Serves 1 (multiply for more!).

Ingredients:

1/2 whole wheat English Muffin

2 tablespoons fresh almond butter

1 small pecan (for nose)

2 blueberries (for eyes)

1/4 mango, thinly sliced (for hair)

2 slices apple (for mouth)

 

Instructions:

Toast English muffin. Spread almond butter across inside of toasted muffin.

Decorate to make a face, using blueberries for eyes, apple for the mouth, pecan for the nose, and mango for hair.

Serve immediately. Enjoy a healthy treat!!
