Soy Beans with Parmesan

Serves 1 (multiply for more!).

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen soy beans, shelled

1 tablespoon shredded parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

 

Instructions:

Microwave soy beans for 2-3 minutes.

Drizzle with olive oil. Top with parmesan.

Serve immediately.
