Easy Turkey Muffaletta

Serves 1 (multiply for more!).

Ingredients:

2 slices of bread (each buttered lightly on one side)

4 slices deli turkey breast

2 slices Swiss cheese

3-4 marinated artichoke hearts

5-7 black (pitted) olives

 

Instructions:

Heat sauté pan over medium heat. Place each slice of bread, butter side down, in warm pan.

Place slice of cheese on each piece of bread, and let it melt as you are preparing the remaining ingredients.

Mince artichoke hearts and olives. Gently mix to combine.

When bread is lightly browned and cheese is melted, remove from pan. Add turkey to warm pan for 1-2 minutes.

Place warmed turkey on one side of bread. Spread artichoke and olive mixture over turkey. Place second piece of bread over top. Slice sandwich in half, and enjoy!
