The Garza Family's Corn Tortillas

 

Yields 6 .

 

Ingredients:

2 cups Masa flour

1 1/3 cups warm water

Salt to taste

 

Instructions:

Mix flour and water in a medium-sized bowl. Add salt to taste. Pinch off balls of the dough and flatten using a tortilla press or rolling pin. Cook on a hot skillet until the edges are brown.
