Sassy Coleslaw

Serves 6.

Ingredients:

4 cups shredded cabbage (use the bagged, pre-washed cabbage mix to save time!)

1/2 cup Texas Sassy Vinaigrette

Juice of 1/2 large lemon

Kosher salt (to taste)

Fresh ground black pepper (to taste)

 

Instructions:

Place 4 cups cabbage mix into a large bowl. Add vinaigrette, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until ready to serve.
