Best Breakfast Sandwich You've Ever Had

Serves 1 (multiply for more!).

Ingredients:

1/2 whole wheat English muffin, buttered and toasted

1 slice honey roasted ham (from the deli)

1 slice mozzarella cheese

1 egg

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Place pat of butter in center of English muffin. Toast English muffin in oven until crisp and nicely browned.

Remove muffin from oven. Add slice of ham, and then slice of cheese. Place back in oven.

Heat small skillet. Add 1 tablespoon butter. When butter has melted, crack egg into pan, being careful not to break the egg. Fry egg to desired doneness.

Remove muffin from oven. Place fried egg atop ham and cheese muffin. Pour maple syrup over the egg.

Serve immediately.
