Easy BBQ Chicken Sandwich

Serves 4.

Ingredients:

1 cooked rotisserie chicken, breasts only, skined and shredded

4 whole wheat or white rolls, sliced

1/2 cup pickle chips

1/2 cup bbq sauce (plus extra for topping if desired)

 

Instructions:

Place shredded chicken in large bowl. Pour in bbq sauce. Toss with spatula or fork to coat chicken with sauce. Spoon coated chicken into sliced rolls. Sprinkle with extra bbq sauce if desired. Place pickle chips on top.

Serve immediately, or pack for lunch.
